EcoFarm attendees can choose to register from a wide array of options, which range from one day at the conference with no meals, to full conference attendance with meals and lodging. There are also six pre-conference events, over sixty workshops, and amazing meals to be shared! If you are lodging at Asilomar or at one of the two off-site motels, your conference package will include meals. Lodging at Asilomar is available in single, double, or triple/quad rooms. Double and triple/quad rooms are shared, but each person must be a registered attendee.

Packages that include lodging also include three meals per night: dinner, breakfast, and lunch.

In addition to our full conference lodging package, we offer a Wednesday night option and a Thursday & Friday night option as “Mini-Packages.” We have added these with the idea of making the conference more affordable. In that same vein, we have several options for discounted attendance (scroll down for options).

With the intention of creating a stronger community, we encourage everyone to register for the full conference. The time spent together in sessions, casual conversations, meal times, and evening events is invaluable to discovering new avenues for pursuing our common goal—creating sustainable farms, food systems, communities, and environments.

 

MEALS AT ECOFARM

Packages that include lodging include three meals per night: dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Participants who are not registering with lodging must pre-purchase meals in order to guarantee your meals at EcoFarm. If you want to ensure that you receive meals, PLEASE purchase them online as a part of your registration package.We are proud that EcoFarm’s organic meals are made from the products and produce of the EcoFarm community – come feast with us!

Important Dates and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing. To cancel your registration, send an email to ecofarm@planitnow.com, or write to PlanIt Now at 4938 Hampden Lane, Suite 229, Bethesda, MD 20814. PlanIt Now will confirm your cancellation by email. You may also reach them by phone at 240-552-9195. The refund amount you are eligible for changes as the conference approaches; please see the table below for important registration dates, including dates for specific cancellation fees.

IMPORTANT! Our NO SHOW POLICY is as follows:
Your paid and confirmed lodging reservation is guaranteed only until 10:00 am the following morning after your check-in date. If you do not check-in or call in advance, advising us of your delayed arrival, your lodging will be cancelled for the remainder of the conference, and no refunds will be granted. Please contact Asilomar’s Front Desk, 831-372-8016, as soon as possible to let them know of your delayed arrival. We will hold your lodging reservation. Please read the No Show Policy below.
