Thank you for participating in EcoFarm 2013

Thanks to all the sponsors, donors, exhibitors, speakers, moderators, and participants in the 2013 EcoFarm Conference. It was wonderful to learn, network, and feast with you. See you in 2014!

The EcoFarm Conference is the oldest and largest gathering of ecologically sustainable agriculture advocates in the West. For 33 years, we have convened to create, maintain, and promote healthy and just food/farming systems. The multi-day conference yields myriad opportunities for over 1,500 participants to network with colleagues, discover the newest ecological agricultural research and techniques, and build, both individually and as a community.

In 2013, we offered sixty workshops featuring a comprehensive array of technical and informational sessions for farmers, ranchers, handlers, marketers, activists, students, and educators. Special events included tastings, mixers, live entertainment, a photo booth produced by Broken Banjo Photography, and more. Our annual EcoFarm Awards Ceremony on Friday evening celebrated giants in the sustainable agriculture community. Thanks to the generous donations of our sponsors and food donors and the menu planned by Fork Full of Earth Organic Catering, each meal was delicious and ecologically-sustainable!

Help us improve in 2014

Please help us improve next year’s EcoFarm Conference by filling out the conference evaluation and provide us your suggestions for speakers and workshops topics.

OUR MISSION

The Ecological Farming Association nurtures healthy, just food systems and communities by bringing people together for education, alliance building, and celebration. For over thirty years, the Ecological Farming Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, has supported the growth of healthy, just food systems and communities in California and beyond. Through our annual EcoFarm Conference, a calendar of farmer education and advocacy events, and on-going outreach, EFA provides venues for people to learn, teach, share, and implement our vision for agricultural practices that lead to a diverse and resilient ecological system.
